About Me

Hi! My name is Jaime Littrell and I would love to be your next CPA!

I have been in the business of bookkeeping and tax returns since I was 14 years old and started working at my family's full service gas station in small town Kansas. Little did I know that it was the start of my career in accounting.

I graduated from Kansas State University in 2006 with my bachelors degree in accounting and earned my CPA license from the State of Missouri in 2009. Prior to starting my own business, I spent 10 years with the Internal Revenue Service as your friendly tax return auditor. Throughout my time with the IRS, I uncovered business after business that couldn't get the accounting and tax help they needed out of their accountants and I knew I had the skill set to provide that!

Why would anyone ever leave a good paying and stable government job? Well, kids make you do some crazy things. After my first daughter was born in 2014 and the first week of taking her to daycare, I decided that I wanted a larger daily role in raising and caring for my children. I left the IRS after our second daughter came along in 2016 and Jaime Littrell CPA was born!

Jaime Littrell CPA is not your typical brick and mortar accounting office. I work out of my home and do all of my client work online. There are also a number of pet peeves that I noticed in my years of working at the table with other CPA's. These annoyances are not the way I would like to be treated as a client and will not be how I treat my clients.

I believe that your business's books and records should be easy and simple.

I believe that you should not have to worry and stress over tax return deadlines.

I believe that you should receive timely and valuable information and numbers each reporting period that make sense to you and help you make better decisions for the future of your business.

I believe that you should know what you are paying up front for my services and not get a surprise bill after the work is done.
